Fragility Study Group

Frontier served as the Secretariat of the Fragility Study Group.  The report, U.S. Leadership and The Challenge of State Fragility, provides practical recommendations for prioritizing prevention and effectively managing state fragility. In support of the study, Frontier conducted over 70 interviews across the U.S. Government, academia, think tanks, and partner organizations and planned three high level workshops to solicit innovative ideas from the study group’s Senior Advisory Group, which included luminaries such as flag officers and ambassadors, directors and administrators of departments and agencies, academics, and private sector leaders from technology and financial firms. Frontier produced the study group report, which was briefed at a Deputies Committee meeting in summer 2016, and was officially released on September 12, with recommendations for both Presidential Campaigns and the future Congress. Read More…
